Boydston Marketing
I'm Robert Boydston · Seminar marketing for high-LTV practices

Your seminars work. Everything around them doesn't.

Most practices stop running seminars after two or three because the room is half full, the no-shows are 50%, the leads stall after the event, and nobody can prove which ad brought which patient. The seminars aren't the problem. The system around them is. We built the system.

We run the engine. You see the patients.

What we run: Landing pages built, copy written, design approved. Ad accounts set up, campaigns built, creative produced, budgets pacing daily. AI agents trained on your offer and live on every inbound 24/7. Conversion tracking wired from form fill to attended seminar to patient. Mobile check-in deployed and running the night of the event. Weekly optimization passes, monthly performance reports, quarterly business reviews.

What you do: Approve the offer and the lander, once. Pay Meta and Google directly for your own ad budget. Show up to your own seminar.

That's the offer.

§ 01 — The Engine

Most agencies sell software. We sell the seven-part service that runs your seminars end to end.

Every event you run gets the same seven things. We write the ads. We build the pages. We answer the inbound. We check guests in. We tell you what worked the morning after. You show up and present.

/01

Ads built, written, and run daily.

Meta, Google, or both. We write the copy. We design the creative — 8 to 12 ad variants per event, or full RSA + keyword + ad-group structure on Google. We set the budgets, pace them daily, and run weekly optimization passes. Your ad spend goes directly to Meta and Google. The work running on top of it is ours.

/02

Every registration on a branded page.

Single CTA, no nav, sub-second mobile load, on your domain. Built from a library of seven proven seminar archetypes. Every seat, plus-one, waitlist, and cancellation flows into one system. Waitlist promotes automatically on cancel.

/03

AI agents on every inbound.

The phone gets answered. Texts get returned. Form submissions get a confirmation call within five minutes by an AI agent that knows your event details and can re-confirm, reschedule, or capture a plus-one. This is the single biggest reason show-rates jump.

/04

Day-of check-in on any phone.

Your staff scans QR codes or looks up names from a phone browser. No apps to install. Optional self-service kiosk mode for the front table. Plus-ones cascade automatically. Walk-ins get added on the spot with full attribution.

/05

Real ad attribution.

Every registration, confirmation, attendance, and patient outcome fires back to Meta and Google as offline conversions. Your ad platforms learn from real outcomes, not surface clicks. The longer you run it, the smarter it gets.

/06

Per-event dashboard.

Registrations, confirmation rate, show rate, walk-ins, cost per registration, cost per attendee, cost per patient acquired. By source, by ad, by campaign. The numbers you’ve always wanted, on the screen the day after the event.

/07

Run it again as often as you want.

Saved event templates. Bulk CSV import. Save-as-template from any past event. Run one seminar a quarter, one a month, or one every two weeks. The setup time is the same. Thirty seconds.

Who this is for

Who this is for. And who it isn't.

Some of the best agencies I've ever met still work with everyone. We don't. The system only works for a specific kind of practice, and we say so out loud.

You're who we built this for if:

  • You run a multi-doc practice, a specialty telehealth clinic, an established multi-location med spa, or a high-ticket service practice — cosmetic dental, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, dental implants, established chiropractic groups, or high-ticket financial advisors.
  • Your practice revenue is $1M or more annually.
  • You already spend $5K or more per month on marketing — through an agency, an in-house lead, or yourself.
  • You have one defined offer you want more of — a specific procedure, treatment, service, or consultation. Not "general awareness."
  • You've run ads before, even badly. You're not figuring out paid traffic for the first time on our dime.

If three or more of those describe you, the discovery call will probably be worth your hour.

You're not who we built this for if:

  • You're a solo doc, single-location practice doing under $1M. We're too expensive for you and you're too small for our scope fences. There are real agencies in the $1,000-a-month tier that do good work — we'll point you to one.
  • You've never run a paid ad before. Boydston isn't a beginner's first ad spend. Get a few months of self-managed campaigns under your belt and come back.
  • You want "a website" or "branding" more than you want patients. We don't build those — but we know good people who do.
  • You think marketing shouldn't cost $1,500+ a month in ad spend on top of the retainer. There's a lane for that, and it isn't ours.
  • You want a partner who pivots strategy mid-engagement every month. Our system runs on cadence. Week-to-week strategy will wear both of us out.

One more thing. Boydston Marketing only works for practices with an offer that converts in a group-education setting — back pain, dental implants, retirement planning, hormone therapy, weight loss, cosmetic consultations — and a willingness to either run live events or host webinars. If you've got the right kind of practice but not the offer-fit for seminars, we're not your agency. We'd refer you to someone who is.

I'd rather lose the deal on the first call than three months in. Every "you're not the buyer" sentence above is a deal I've already turned down.

Proof

Real practices. Real numbers.

We don't run generic "X% increase" charts. Every number below is from a real, named practice. Ask, and we'll put you on a call with them.

Case Study · Back Pain Seminar

Progressive Rehabilitation Medicine

Multi-doc orthopedic group

PRM had been running back pain seminars themselves for two years. The pattern was always the same: 28 to 35 registrations, 40% show rate, maybe 12 people in the room on a good night, and 1 to 3 of those would book a consult.

We built a Seminar Engine event end-to-end. Branded registration page. AI agents fielding registrations 24/7. Reminder cadence. Mobile check-in. Real attribution from ad impression to seated patient.

"After two events with Robert we've doubled our registrations, show rate is 66%, and we walk out of every seminar with 15 to 20 new patients on the schedule."

Case Study · Ad Account Rebuild

Valley Thyroid Institute

National telehealth thyroid practice

Google Ads had been running set-and-forget for 12 months. Leads were getting more expensive every month — cost per lead crept from $24 to $34. Seventy percent of the budget was being burned on one keyword Google had flagged as low-quality.

Found a lead-tracking action that had been turned off for a year — Google had been flying blind. Wired it up to the actual booked-patient outcome. Added 97 search-term exclusions. Wrote three new ad variants for the angles working in the data.

"Robert went in, found the leak, and rebuilt around what was already working. My cost per new patient dropped by a third in the first month and lead volume went up."

We've also built and run AI agents and lead engines for medical practices, multi-location specialty groups, telehealth clinics, and high-ticket service businesses across the country. Same engine. Different offers.

§ How it works

From contract to your first seminar in 30 to 45 days.

We don't drift. The install is a sprint, not an open-ended project. Here's exactly what happens, week by week.

  1. Week 1
    Kickoff and access

A 30-minute kickoff call. A one-page brand brief. Platform access secured (ad accounts, GHL, domain). Your highest-value offer locked in. You don't do anything else until week 4.

  2. Week 2
    Lander and creative

We build your landing page from the template that fits your offer — for the seminar archetype that matches your event. You get one round of revisions. The ad creative pack (8 to 12 variants for Meta, or RSA + keyword + ad-group structure for Google) is produced in parallel.

  3. Week 3
    Tracking and AI agent

Conversion tracking wired end-to-end: form fill to attended event to consult booked to patient. AI agent trained on your knowledge base and deployed on every inbound — call, text, form. Dashboard provisioned. Internal QA.

  4. Week 4
    Launch

The final ad push. The reminder cadence going live. Check-in setup loaded onto staff phones. Kickoff-of-rhythm call. Your first seminar runs.

  5. Day 30+
    Run and report

Weekly optimization passes. Monthly performance reports. Quarterly business reviews. For Seminar Engine clients: a post-event report within three business days. The system runs. You see the numbers.

Fine print. One round of lander revisions during the build. Second round is on you (priced as an add-on) or rolled into next month's revision cycle. It's in the contract. We never surprise you with a change order.

§ 02 — Pricing

One install. Then pick your cadence.

No project work, no month-to-month accounts, no "schedule a call for pricing."

Step 1 · Seminar Engine Install
$5,500one-time

What you walk away owning

  • The full Seminar Engine built for your seminar (back pain, dental implants, retirement, hormone, weight loss, cosmetic — your offer)
  • Branded registration page on your domain
  • AI agents trained on your specific seminar (voice + chat)
  • Ad creative pack (8–12 Meta variants, or RSA + keyword + ad-group structure for Google)
  • Reminder cadences (text + email)
  • Post-event nurture sequence
  • Mobile check-in app, staff-token provisioned
  • Per-event dashboard, live
  • Practice-readiness playbook + 30-min staff training video
  • Branded QR code + print-ready files
  • First event run live and managed by us
  • Post-event performance call to tune the system
  • System ownership doc — every login, every dashboard, yours to keep

Buy a la carte and this is roughly $9,400 of work. Our install is $5,500. A new seminar type later — say you add "dental implants" to your existing "back pain" — is a new install.

Step 2 · Pick a cadence

A la carte

Bi-Weekly
2 events / month
$2,800/ mo
$1,400 / event effective
Weekly
4 events / month
$4,400/ mo
$1,100 / event effective

Heavy / multi-type 6+ events per month: custom (~$900–1,000 / event). Plans are month-to-month or annual (annual saves ~10%). Skip-month allowed with notice — saves the seat at the plan price.

The math worth seeing on the call
Annual cadence A la carte total Subscription total Savings
12 events / year $5,500 + 11 × $3,000 = $38,500 $5,500 + 12 × $1,950 = $28,900 $9,600 / yr
24 events / year $5,500 + 23 × $3,000 = $74,500 $5,500 + 12 × $2,800 = $39,100 $35,400 / yr
48 events / year $5,500 + 47 × $3,000 = $146,500 $5,500 + 12 × $4,400 = $58,300 $88,200 / yr

A note on price. We're not the cheap option, and we're not the brand-agency option. We're the option for practices that already know marketing has a cost, have authority to redirect spend, and want it run by someone who's already shipped it.

Minimum ad spend is qualified on the call. Different verticals have different reasonable spend levels, and we won't quote you a number that won't work for your offer.

Two ways in

Two ways in. Both end in a real conversation.

We don't sell on email. We don't auto-DM. Real practices run on real conversations.
